Does each of my searches produce useful information for a Five a Day Check user?

Am I sure that I have used the correct search criteria?

Have I saved the search results with sensible names?

Does each report have a sensible title and column headings?

Does each of my reports only have useful information?

Does each report look good and include a relevant image?

Have I avoided unnecessary fields?

Have I grouped the records sensibly?

Have I proofread each report carefully?

Have I asked test users to give me feedback?

Have I made changes when I agree with the feedback?

Have I saved my final reports for my eportfolio using acceptable file formats?

Have I asked others what they think of my final reports?

Have I saved any comments for use in my project review?
